This cosy ground-floor flat comprises of one bedroom (double bed), bathroom, kitchen diner and lounge. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and town with its many shops, cafes and restaurants, green spaces, famous steam railway, pier, Mowlem Theatre, lifeboat station and of course the local fish and chips.
 
Facilities

WiFi, 40-inch HD Smart TV which includes apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, BBC iPlayer, Channel 4 on demand and ITV HUB.
Four-seater dining table and chairs in the kitchen.
Kitchen with gas hob, gas oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
The large bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobes and drawers and dressing table with lighting, a hairdryer is also available.

l. Bath towels and hand towels are supplied, not for the beach though.
At the end of the road there is a local shop with all daily necessities.
